Sabrina Burdine joined The Hamman Consulting Group (“HCG”) in 2019 as a Consultant.
Sabrina’s work at HCG includes site selection and location analysis, along with the identification and acquisition of tax incentives and grants for corporate clients. She also works with economic development organizations to prepare economic development strategic plans, identify target industry sectors, labor market/workforce analysis, site development/analysis, market/feasibility studies, grant writing and project management services.
Sabrina began her economic development career in 2006 as the Program Manager for the Washington County (IN) Economic Growth Partnership. In 2014, she became the Executive Director of the WCEGP. She has been actively involved in leadership roles with local and regional economic development organizations. Sabrina’s experience includes working on new and expansion projects for several large manufacturing companies, site and infrastructure development, incentives negotiation and compliance, grant writing and foreign direct investment missions.
Sabrina attended Indiana University Southeast where she studied Advertising and Marketing. She has also completed the Indiana Economic Development course at Ball State University and is working towards her CEcD certification through the International Economic Development Council.
